This includes information not generally found in travel guide books such as, low rental, cooking schools, private guides, new hotels and restaurants, and more. In her interview, she gives some exciting tips and cool ways of seeing Italy. McCabe also talks about how Kayak boating is catching up in Venice and about a few beautiful places that are not generally heard of.
